xabj Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xabj ("xabj", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the xabj website located at xabj.org, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support functions offered through the platform.

By accessing or using any part of the xabj platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the xabj platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  One Account Per Person — Each individual may hold only one xabj account. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

  Truthful Information — You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your xabj account and must update that information promptly if it changes. xabj reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend accounts pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the services offered by xabj, you must register an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and is used for account verification, security notifications, and communication regarding your account activity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times.

xabj will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from xabj and requesting your password or payment details, treat it as fraudulent and contact xabj support immediately. All transactions and activities conducted using your account credentials are your responsibility, whether or not they were carried out by you personally.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

xabj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. xabj does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. xabj aims to process all approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated at the time of the request, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and whether KYC verification has been completed.

  Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the method's availability for payouts. xabj reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

  Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements have been met may result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it.

  xabj reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or delay processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited in their entirety.

  It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment account details you provide for withdrawal are correct. xabj accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect account as a result of information provided by you.

xabj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup. 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. In the event of a discrepancy between the rules displayed on the xabj platform and the rules of the game provider, the game provider's rules take precedence.

xabj uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology across all games where outcomes are determined by chance. The RNG systems used by xabj's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness and fair play. xabj does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xabj platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

  Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.

  Using the platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. xabj is committed to full cooperation with law enforcement authorities where such activity is identified.

  Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the xabj platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.

8. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

Players may at any time request deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or permanent self-exclusion by contacting xabj customer support via live chat or by accessing the relevant settings within their account dashboard.

All content on the xabj platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of xabj or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the xabj platform without prior written consent from xabj.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xabj, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the xabj platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not xabj has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

xabj's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xabj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims in aggregate and not per incident. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments and Governing Law

xabj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the platform or by email to the registered account contact. Your continued use of the xabj platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
